#109- A Low Blow
Uncreative title, I know, but I’m tired today.
I’ve always really liked Namor, basically because there’s practically nothing likeable about the guy. He’s an effective ruler, but other than that, he’s an asshole, through and through. That really appeals to me for some reason. He’s not a hero in the traditional sense–he acts to protect his people, and that’s certainly a noble goal, but the rest of the world can get bent as far as he’s concerned. I suppose he kind of has to be an asshole…when you run around in green scaled underwear with little teeny wings on your ankles, you’re bound to end up with a chip on your shoulder. And didja know he’s as old as Batman? They were both created in 1939.
Anyway, I’m gonna cut this post short here before my rambling becomes completely incoherent. See you tomorrow!

Maybe some Lifesavers will help in this situation, I bet Superman likes candy.
And Pete, the title aint so bad, after all, Namor’s play was a low blow…

Actually, I’ve wondered when the Richards were finally gonna get that divorce they’ve been needing for a while.

Psh. They’re Marvel’s First Family. They’ll never divorce. Some other writer will just come along and patch things up.
Honestly, I think the worst thing to happen to the Four in recent times was losing ‘Ringo as an artist. He really just made them look excellent–a very nice mix between classic and modern feels. R.I.P., ‘Ringo.

I’m pretty sure by then the Doctors would be giving each other boyish looks. Just my two cents.

No woman would EVER leave Mr. Fantastic.
Do I need to spell THAT one out?
